- Try a short file in MP4 format to determine whether the issue is specific to one source file or format.
- Choose an output folder where the app has permission to save files.
Common questions
Why did conversion fail?
A damaged, incomplete or unusual source file may not decode correctly. Try playing the full source video first, then test another output format.
Why is the output larger than expected?
File size depends on duration, resolution, quality and the source. Select a lower resolution or quality preset when size matters.
Where are my videos uploaded?
They are not uploaded. Media processing happens locally on your Mac. See the privacy policy.
How do I get help with an App Store charge?
Apple processes App Store payments. Use Apple’s purchase history and support flow for billing or refund requests.
