Questions
Which Google account gets Premium?
The one whose email you enter at checkout. Use the same Google account you open Google Forms with. If you came here from the add-on, the email is already filled in. Premium is active within a minute after the payment: reopen the add-on and the lock is gone.
Do my respondents have to install or pay for anything?
No. They open your link or scan the QR code and fill in the form. Only the person who builds the form needs the add-on.
Are there limits on forms or responses?
No. One plan covers all your forms and all their responses.
What happens when the time runs out?
You choose. By default the form closes on the respondent's screen the moment the time is up. Or allow late answers: the respondent can still submit, and your Results report shows who was late and by how many minutes.
How does the School plan work?
One person pays $249 a year. Right after the payment you see a short instruction, and the same one arrives by email: send us the Google addresses of up to 10 teachers, yours included. We switch Premium on for each of them within one business day. Teachers only install the add-on; they never see a payment screen. You can replace a teacher who left by writing to us.
How do I cancel?
Every receipt email has a cancel link. Premium stays on until the end of the period you paid for. The Lifetime plan never renews.
Do I get an invoice? What about VAT?
Payments are handled by Paddle. You receive an invoice by email right away, you can add your organisation's details and VAT number at checkout, and local sales tax is added where the law requires it.
