How do I create multiple QR codes at once?

Is the bulk QR code generator free?

Yes, with no sign-up and no watermark. The codes are static, so they never expire. Everything runs in your browser and your list is not uploaded to our servers.

Can I generate QR codes from Google Sheets?

Yes. Install the QR Barcode Generator add-on, select a range of values in your spreadsheet, and it creates QR codes for them inside Google Sheets. It also works in Google Docs and Google Forms.

Which error correction level should I choose?

Medium suits most uses. Choose High if the code may get scratched or dirty, or if you plan to place a small logo over it. Higher levels make the code denser, so keep long links short.

Do these QR codes expire or track scans?

No. They are static codes that contain your text or link directly, so they work forever but cannot count scans or be edited after printing. Use a short link if you need scan statistics.

What size should I print a QR code?

As a rule of thumb, keep the printed code at least 2 cm (0.8 in) wide, and larger for posters scanned from a distance. Use the 1024 px option for print and always test a printout with a phone.
