Daysy — Dates in Motion ("the App") is developed and operated by Yaroslav Mykhailov ("we", "us"). This policy explains how the App handles your information.
The App does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. It does not require an account, does not include third-party advertising, and does not track usage. All countdowns, events, and theme settings you create stay on your devices.
The App stores the following information locally on your iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Watch:
This data is shared between the main app and its widgets through Apple's standard App Group container, which is private to the App.
If you are signed in to iCloud, your events may be backed up and synchronized across your own Apple devices through Apple's iCloud service. This data is controlled by your Apple Account and is not visible to us.
If, and only if, you choose to set a reminder on an event, the App asks for permission to send local notifications. Notifications are scheduled and delivered entirely on your device.
The App does not include any analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking frameworks. It does not read or transmit your advertising identifier, location, contacts, photos, calendar, or other system data.
Your download, ratings, and crash reports are handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy. We may receive aggregate, anonymized statistics from App Store Connect, but no information that identifies an individual user.
The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from anyone, regardless of age.
Because we collect no personal data, there is nothing for us to retain or delete. To delete data stored by the App, delete the App from your device. To delete data synchronized to iCloud, remove the App's data in iCloud settings.
