Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Captions AI Video ("the App", "we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using Captions AI Video, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Captions AI Video is an iOS and macOS application that provides:
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal and commercial purposes on Apple devices you own or control.
The App offers core functionality for free, including video import, transcription, and basic caption styles. Free exports include a watermark. Free features may change at any time.
Captions AI Video Pro is available as an auto-renewable subscription with the following plans:

Individual watermark-free export credits may be available as a one-time consumable purchase at $2.99 USD per export.
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Certain subscription plans may include a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged. You can cancel at any time in your Apple ID account settings.
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. Refund requests should be directed to Apple through the App Store.
You retain all rights to the videos, audio, and text content you create or import into the App. We do not claim any ownership over your content. All processing occurs locally on your device.

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Caption style designs and animations are proprietary.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, video content, or revenue.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
