The formula
In C2, then drag down:

To rewrite and localize in one pass, chain the result in D2:

Variations: keep a full style guide in $E$1 and call =GPT($E$1, A2) so one cell controls the voice of the whole sheet, or add a second output column with a different tone in B to compare side by side before committing.

Will the rewrite change my facts and numbers?
The prompt pins every fact, name and number as unchangeable, which models respect well — but for compliance-sensitive text, spot-check a sample. Rewriting style while freezing substance is exactly what this template’s prompt is built around.
Can it make AI text undetectable by AI detectors?
No tool can honestly guarantee that, and detectors themselves are unreliable either way. The template aims at something more useful: text that reads naturally to humans — varied sentence length, no filler, a tone you chose on purpose.
How much text can I rewrite in one go?
