Since our Google add-ons only work with Google products, a Google account is required for authentication and login. Our Google add-ons collect your email address for the first authentication in the application. Authentication is performed by Google itself using the default authentication method. Our add-ons, without this authentication, will not work properly. Authentication can be revoked by the user at any time. In order to provide services to you, your email address must be used to send you communications, such as confirmation emails and support updates
Your email address will be used to activate your license.
We do not share, track or sell your personal and business information to third parties.

In Short: We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organizational and technical security measures.
We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Mail Merge for Sheets™ Gmail™ uses and transfers to any other app of information received from Google API’s will to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We do not share, track or sell your personal and business information to third parties.
Notice
- We do not store your data (inputs or drive files). It stays on Google’s servers. Granting us access to your data does not allow us to access your data offline. We only use this access to display them on the Add-on and make actions on your behalf such as managing form behavior. All the actions performed come from you.

We do not use data obtained through Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) models. All data accessed via Google Workspace APIs is used solely to provide and improve the specific functionality of our Workspace Add-on, in compliance with Google’s API Services User Data Policy.
We are committed to maintaining user privacy and data confidentiality, and we do not use this data for any form of generalized AI/ML model training or development, including but not limited to large language models.

We offer a number of services that do not require you to register for an account or provide any personal information to us. However, to provide the full range of services, we may collect the following types of information:

Which permissions are needed for “Mail Merge for Sheets™ Gmail™”?
When you use “Mail Merge for Sheets™ Gmail™” for the first time, you’ll be asked to accept the minimum-required permissions:
Google Workspace APIs are not used to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or ML models.

Google Sheets™ Version
The add-on in Google Sheets™ has permissions to your current executed document for getting provided list of emails.
Content of the fields will be sent to our server to identify you and track limits for executions

Why does “Mail Merge for Sheets™ Gmail™” need those permissions?
“Mail Merge for Sheets™ Gmail™” is integrated with G Suite apps like Sheets. It requires access to the Google environment to provide services seamlessly across the G Suite apps. “Mail Merge for Sheets™ Gmail™” only requests the minimum-required permissions that are essential for it to function optimally.
“Mail Merge for Sheets™ Gmail™” does not have access to your Google account or your password, only to your email info. We do not share your email.
Can I review and revoke access?
Absolutely. If you need to review the permissions you granted to Mail Merge for Sheets™ Gmail™, you can do so by going to Google Account -> Third-party apps with account access -> Manage third-party access. There, you can change or revoke the permissions.
